Written on July 9, 1989 (with additional lyrics written on May 5, 1990). Not sure what was going on at the time, but I'm pretty sure I was writing about homelessness. Society. Sobriety. Personal foibles. Confined to other people's standards or expectation. Hard to say. This version is sped up from the original (which made it a lot harder to sing... what was I thinking). Otherwise, I think it was drum machine, piano, electric guitar, and voice.
